Libertarian core values include:

* Foreign non-intervention. We shall not attack or intimidate other nations, nor meddle in foreign disputes.

* Individualism. Retaliatory self-defense may only be directed against the guilty. We may not use "self defense" as an excuse to attack those who did not attack us, or those who may attack us but haven't, or those who merely share the same religion or nationality of someone else who attacked us.

* Property Rights. Other nations have no right to our wealth and natural resources -- and we have no right to their wealth and natural resources. Natural resources shall only be obtained through voluntary exchange, or not at all. We shall not force them to accept no-bid contracts at the point of a gun.
